10-story office building completed in 1924. Designed by J.C. Greenleaf, it is three bays wide, with limestone piers above a ground floor featuring a recently modernized glass-and-stainless steel ground floor. The center bay has the main entrance, with glass doors, and the two outer bays have glass storefronts.
The upper floors have paired windows in each bay, divided by white metal mullions. The grey-painted metal spandrels have riveted panels. The top two floors are set off from the rest, and the facade is crowned by a parapet with a rounded center panel, decorated with a large wreath and garlands. The ground floor is occupied by Gold Star Fragrances, and Rock & Soul Records.
