Designed in 1911 by Albert Kahn this was part of Detroit's first theater district. It began to decline early when larger theaters were built on the north edge of downtown. It continued to operate as a burlesque and adult film theater until the 1970s and was abandoned. It was demolished in 2024 except for the historic facade, which will be preserved in a redevelopment.
