Complex of five restored theaters which host a variety of plays, concerts and performers. On the north side of Euclid are the Allen, Palace, State and Ohio Theatres. In 1999, the Hanna Theatre on the south side of Euclid was added.

Studios and offices for public radio station WCPN-FM 90.3 MHz and public TV station WVIZ Channel 25 located here.
