5-story residential building completed in 1940. Clad in beige brick, it is divided into two sections above the ground floor by a light well in the middle. The east section is slightly taller, and both are clad in beige brick. The east section has wood, metal, and glass storefronts lining the ground floor on the avenue side; above there are three bays of tripartite windows, and a bay of single-windows 2nd from the north. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle of the facade, with the landings extending partway onto the south bay. On the north facade, the storefront wraps a short way along the ground floor. In the center is a single-door entrance framed by stone and covered by a rounded blue canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk. At the west end of the east section is a tripartite windows, and the small, 1-story connecting section has a metal service door. The upper floors of the east section have a bay of tripartite windows flanked by a bay of single-windows on either side. A smaller fire escape runs down the middle of the facade.

The west section has two tripartite windows flanked an entrance, and a single-window at the west end bay. The entrance matches the one on the east section, but is down a step from the sidewalk, and is covered by a wider canopy. The tripartite windows on either side and the single-window end bay are fronted by small areaways enclosed by iron fences. The upper floors have tripartite windows in the east and 2nd-from west bays, and single-windows in the west and 2nd-from east bays. A black metal fire escape runs down the eastern single-window bay and part of the western tripartite window bay. Air-conditioning vents are located below each tripartite window group.

The inner walls of the narrow light well are faced in parged brick, with single-windows and an additional fire escape. The building contains 50 apartments units. The ground floor on the avenue is occupied by Smilers Gourmet Deli, and Healthy Corner Juice Bar.
