Shell Energy Stadium is a 20,656-seat soccer-specific stadium located in the East End District near downtown Houston, Texas.

Designed by Populous, the stadium was completed in May 2012 at a cost of $95,000,000. Its primary tenants are the Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer (MLS), the Houston Dash women's professional soccer team, and the Texas Southern University football team.

The stadium features a faceted exterior facade of expanded metal mesh with orange polycarbonate enclosed entrances and spectator facilities that reflects the industrial heritage of the stadium's East Downtown location, and is LEED Silver certified. Other features include 34 luxury boxes and 1,100 club seats.

On December 13, 2011, BBVA Compass, the U.S. subsidiary of the international bank BBVA, signed a 10-year, $20 million naming rights deal. The stadium was renamed to BBVA Stadium in 2019 as BBVA was unifying its brand worldwide at that time. In 2021 the stadium was renamed to PNC Stadium after BBVA USA was acquired by the Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank.

After the first naming rights agreement expired in 2022, a new deal was signed with Shell Energy, an electricity provider owned by Shell. The stadium was renamed Shell Energy Stadium in 2023
