5-story neo-Art-Deco office building completed in 1925, renovated in 1989, when it was joined with the neighboring building. Designed by Lee Manners & Associates with Walter B. Melvin, it has a limestone ground floor, with tan brick above. The windows are industrial, with green painted mullions. The roof parapet has a stone coping, and is stepped up in two places. This mid-block portion was originally a commercial bakery. The section at the street corner has a stone facade with new windows; there are four divisions of four windows each along Wooster Street, and one such division on Prince. The ground floor is occupied by Samsung Galaxy Studio, True Religion jeans, a Cole Haan store, Woolrich apparel, Barbour, and designer Monika Chiang.
