The Hyatt Center is an office building in Downtown Chicago. The 48-storey skyscraper stands at 679 ft (207 m) and was designed by Harry Cobb of Pei Cobb Fried & Partners. It has a striking elliptical steel and glass design which is reminiscent of Tour EDF in Paris. The building is served by 28 high-speed elevators. It was constructed from 2002 to 2005.

The Hyatt Center has a floor area of 1,765,000 sq ft (164,000 sq m) and contains 65,000 cubic yards (50,000 m³) of concrete and 12,000 tons of structural steel. It took about 2,700 truck loads to excavate the building's foundation.

The building features extensive landscaping both inside and outside from bamboo groves, complete with fountains, lining the modern lobby to lush green grass in raised curved stone planters on the building's south side. It also contains art panels by Keith Tyson and a trompe l'oeil mural by Ricci Albenda.

The Hyatt Center is the headuarters of the Global Hyatt Corporation. Another tenant is Meyer Brown, LLP, which occupies floors 32-45.
