This is a split, half diamond partial service interchange between Interstate 64 and U.S. Route 60 (Midland Trail East) east of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The interchange does not provide access to/from Interstate 64 to the west from U.S. Route 60. The westbound exit ramp is nearly 3/4 miles northwest of the eastbound entrance ramp. The interchange was constructed in the late 1960s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built, after fully opening in 1971.
