This is an incomplete partial cloverleaf interchange between U.S. Route 52 (John Nash Boulevard) and U.S. Route 460 (Big Laurel Highway) near Bluefield, West Virginia. It was originally constructed around 2002 as a junction with a single bridge and loop ramp serving northbound U.S. Route 52 to join westbound U.S. Route 460. The interchange was built to serve the King Coal Highway with plans for a future extension of U.S. Route 52 to the northwest. A second bridge was also built in 2002 to serve future southbound U.S. Route 52, and additional ramps were graded, but have sat unused for 20 years. Construction on the next segment of Route 52 began in 2019, and is expected to open in the near future.
