This is a semi-directional Y partial interchange between Interstate 64 and West Virginia Route 311 (Kanawha Trail) east of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, near the Virginia border. The interchange does not provide access to/from Interstate 64 to the east from Route 311. The interchange was constructed in the 1960s with the construction of Interstate 64 through the area and has not been significantly modified since it was built.
