  • It is my village , the most amazing place in this world. The village of temples surmounted by lakes, rivers and ponds all over. the mango trees are spread across all the village, the most inseparable thing of this village is the unity of the people living here. for me my village is like a heaven on earth, although education facilities of village is not so good and many superstitions are followed. i'm currently in punjab and studying in 11th. ,,,,,,,,,I MISS MY VILLAGE A LOT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

  • My wife Bindhu Singh and I visited Baddi Village on 10 and 15 Nov 2013 and traced my grandfather's roots. His name was Chandrika Beni Singh. He left this village during March 1902, with his mother and arrived in Durban, South Africa on 27 March 1902 on a ship to work on sugar plantation. We were very emotion on this visit, We will definitely visit again on our next trip to India.
