While the entire complex is known as Mosaic on Hermann Park, the two towers are actually separate properties with different names. The north tower of the complex is a condo building that has gone by the name The Mosaic on Hermann Park since the complex was built. The south tower of the complex is an apartment building known as Hanover-Hermann Park after a sale that occurred in the last quarter of 2017. After the towers were separated by ownership, the south tower has gone by the names Montage and Mosaic South Tower before the last sale. Confusingly, the retail floors of the north tower are part of the property owned by the current owner of the south tower.
