This is a mixed use terminal serving ferries cruse ships and visiting NATO military vessels. You can get boats from here to many Black sea destinations including the historic nearby town of Nesebar. Some boats don't operate during NATO activities. Be warned taking photos of military vessels from the breakwater isn't a good idea, many of the boats have armed deck guards.
