The New Jersey country estate of Ethel Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge and her husband Marcellus Hartley Dodge, chairman of the Remington Arms Company. Ethel was the last surviving child of financier William Rockefeller when she died in 1973 at the age of 91. The estate, stables and kennels were transformed into a corporate park.
