A pair of 16-story modernist residential buildings joined by a 1-story mid-block connecting wing and garden , completed in 2019. Designed by ODA Architecture, the complex is built over an Amtrak right-of-way, and has a double-height ground floor. The facades are clad in beige Roman brick, bronze anodized aluminum, and silver-blue glass. The side elevations are lighter beige stucco. Designers and engineers were tasked with building a platform over the tracks and implementing foundation vibration isolators for acoustical reduction. As a result, the building has no basement and all mechanical equipment is located 20 feet above the train tracks.

The north and south facades of both towers have eight window bays of varying widths (including one extremely narrow one), with aluminum framing that incorporates small, operable, vertical panes into the larger main glass panes. One edge of each bay has an interesting angled quoin treatment, varying by floor as to which side it is on. There are also balconies with glass railings on the facades facing the central courtyard.

The ground floors have brown metal service doors at each end, and the main entrances near the center have revolving glass doors. Thin metal spandrels organize the floors into groups of one, two, or three, with the window bays staggering side-to-side between these divisions. There are setbacks above the 9th floor.

The buildings contain a total of 123 condominium units.
