  I was retired from service on 01 Oct 2010. I have not awarded ACP Nb Sub during the time of retirement due to pending case with GOI MOD. Now a days MACP case is cleared on 31 May 2011 and I am entitled for MACP wef 01 Sep 2008 but the same has not been awarded till date. The amount is huge amount and retired pers not received till date after lapse of 14 months, which is hamper the life of retired soldier.
