The tallest building in Toledo at 411 feet, the 32 story, 663,044 sq. ft., glass structure completed in 1981, was designed in the International Style as the World Headquarters for Owens-Illinois. New York architects, Abramowitz, Harris and Kingsland incorporated reflective glass with a multilevel plaza and below grade concourse that houses commercial and retail shops.

In 2006, Owens-Illinois moved its headquarters to their Levis Commons campus in Perrysburg, Ohio. A year later, in 2007 Fifth-Third Bank moved in and the building was renamed.
