1700 Pacific is a skyscraper located in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. The building rises 655 feet (132 meters) and contains 50 floors of office space.

Completed in 1983, 1700 Pacific has been praised as the "Most Innovative Property in TEXAS". The ownership and management have only commented that they are "humbled" by this extraordinary reaction to the recent changes. Millions have been spent on renovations to keep its lobby and amenities on the cutting edge, which include a state of the art conferencing center and an aesthetic "face-lift" to the lobby, making it one of the most modern and eye appealing facilities in the DFW Metroplex. During recent surveys, the occupants of this Class A building have hailed its management as the "Best Ever". More creative improvements are forthcoming; with a new fitness facility, more pre-finished suites as well as additional cosmetic improvements to the Concourse.

    I agree, I work at 1700 Pacific and this is the best building I have EVER worked in. The lobby has a very high "Cool" factor, yet warm at the same time...
