6-story residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Garth Hayden, it is clad in beige brick. The building narrows to a near-point at the back. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront at the north, and a glass-door entrance at the south. The upper floors have double-windows in the middle and smaller double-windows paired with glass French doors fronted by balconette railings at the north; there are air-conditioning vents below the smaller windows, to the left of the railings. The narrow south bay has small square windows at each floor, set lower than the other windows, and continues up into the bulkhead on the south end that rises above the main roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Westville restaurant.
