Saints Cyril and Methodius Cathedral (Lovech)

The cathedral church was consecrated on April 30, 2017. The construction of the church started in 2005 and cost more than 4 million BGN, money raised from donations.
The cathedral has a size of 20/39 m, with a built-up area of 705.37 m². It is a three-nave, with an axis of symmetry east-west, with clearly separated three parts - narthex, naos and altar. It is raised above the terrain an average of 1.05 m.
On the basement floor there are a foyer, a lecture hall, a chapel with baptistery, music hall, a room for the electricity system and toilets. In the mirror of the three armed staircase there is electric platform for disabled persons.
The roof of the building is semi-cylindrical reinforced concrete shell, covered with copper sheets on a wooden construction.
