Italian Renaissance style building, built 1901, as the Kennard & Sons Carpet Company. Longtime headquarters of Edison Shoe Company. Renovated 2001 and opened as WS Hotel & Spa, but that didn't last long. Currently luxury apartments, and the Gallery 400 event space on the ground floor. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
