172-foot, 20-story early-modern residential building completed in 1961. It replaced a building for the Fourteenth Street Bank. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman, it is clad in white glazed brick above a ground floor of white stone with black marble water table and main entrance surround. The main entrance has sliding glass doors covered by a peaked, black canvas canopy extending out over the sidewalk.

Both facades have casement windows in groups of two, three and five, as well as two bays of single windows on the south elevation. There are some angled setbacks above the 16th floor, and projecting terraces. There is also an underground parking garage with an entrance at the north end of the 5th Avenue elevation. The building contains 153 condominium units. The ground level is occupied by Joyce Davis MD Dermatology and a Chase Bank branch.
