6-story Arts and Crafts style residential building completed in 1908. Designed by Dietrich & Smith as a tenement, it has a row of storefronts at street level, with a simple 6-bay red-brick facade above. The windows have white stone sills and high, flat lintels. The top floor features a pattern of white criss-cross brickwork, and the building is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. A metal fire escape runs down the center two bays. The ground floor is occupied by Piccola Cucina restaurant, Vitamin Chick, and The Shade Store.
