110-foot, 10-story residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Ismael Leyva and BKSK, it is clad in orange brick, with the top floor in grey aluminum. There are also two protruding sections clad in grey metal above the setback, toward the west end of the southern elevation. The setbacks are along the project’s street frontage, beginning on the seventh floor. The envelope then recedes 15 feet along Watts and Washington Streets and 10 feet on West Street, allowing upper residences to enjoy outdoor space. All three facades have large, squared windows. The building contains 107 rental apartments, and includes a 25-car garage.
