Truffles Tribeca Apartments

15-story Modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by Handel Architects, it occupies a full city block, and features two towers (one 15 floors, the other 11) connecting by a skybridge and courtyard. The facades are clad in charcoal grey, textured pre-cast concrete panels and glass curtain and window walls. Apartments on the north and south facades of the west tower feature dramatic 10-foot-deep balconies.

To renters, the building's most unique feature may be Truffles Privé, a members-only club on the ground floor. In addition to the club, the building also includes a roofdeck on top of the east tower, surrounded by a glass parapet. There is also a 175-car underground parking garage.
