This historic building was home to the second Spaghetti Warehouse restaurant to open after the original Dallas restaurant. The restaurant operated since 1973 and has been flooded more than once but following Hurricane Harvey in 2018. The Spaghetti Warehouse was closed permanently due to this continual issue.
