The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II is a tandem two-seat, twin-engine, all-weather, long-range supersonic jet interceptor and fighter-bomber originally developed for the United States Navy by McDonnell Aircraft.
Formerly operated by Flight Systems Incorporated and then Avtel at the Mojave Airport as N402AV. It launched the first powered free flight of the YBQM-145A at the U.S. Army's Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, near Hill AFB on May 5, 1992.
