Gunashli (Azerbaijan: Günəşli) is a village formally in the Khojavand district of Azerbaijan, but the administration is in fact by the Hadrut district as part of the Khojavend district of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
The former name was Norashen (meaning "new village"). It was established in the 19th century as a result of the settlement of Armenian families who moved from Garadagh district of South Azerbaijan.
