3-story commercial building originally completed as a row house around 1850. Later converted to commercial purposes, the facade was completely rebuilt sometime in the mid-1980s. It is clad in grey stone, with regular quoins at the edges. The ground floor has a tall metal-and-glass storefront with a glass door at the left side, and there is an entrance to the upper floors on the right with a taller glass door. The 3rd floor has three bays of single-windows, and at the 2nd floor the middle bay is replaced by a much wider window with a single pane. Very thin sill courses connect each window at both floors. The ground floor is occupied by Spa Blue, with The Pilates Local at the 2nd floor.
