Hello.
I am Anil Upadhyay (grand father is Parasnath Upadhyay) belongs to BIRAURA (my proud native village)
In this region auspicious name and places are BachhiBaba, Vindhyachal, Badimata, Chhotimata(Vijaypur). Here everyone worship to BachhiBaba.

This village is very nice and strong in this Chhanvar region.
Earlier most of the family from this region were depend on farming by cultivating food grains since their farming are not motivated for commercial purpose that’s why people are not concentrating on good farming practices due to the weak government policies and facilities.
Now more and more people are moving to big cities for jobs and business and they are success in their fields.
There is number of schools and most of the schools are run by good people from this village itself. So I can say Education system is good but need some improvement and support.
In this village there are two government hospitals (10 bed) and also there are number of private doctors (individual clinics).
This village is well connected with road and has good transportation system but not as well as Bombay and Delhi but if we compare with other villages then here it is better.

As name itself describe that BIRAURA is consists of twelve small parts and each part is populated by different community/cast and group. Here most of the family belongs to Brahmin family. Most of the family known as Pandey family.

Pandey, Tiwari, Upadhyay, Dubey, Shukla.
Other communities are. Thakur, Yadav, Bind, Sharma(naoo),Dhobi, Harijan etc.

This village is in progress and hope new generation will take this village at new height and fame.

  • Very nice info abt our village Biraura has been provided by Anil bhaiya. thank u and wish the best urs Yogesh Dubey S/O Shri Lalit Mohan Dubey, Biraura/Mumbai. :) This village is full of scenic beuty in the nice rainy season. Chanvar becomes like a big lake and acroos that from our village we can see hiils of Vindhyachal. The nice breeze of wind at that time can't be described in words. its just amazing!!! I have enjoyed it a lot during my middle studies (6th to 8th class) at Savala :) under our worthy principle Shri Ramesh Chandra Pandey (Kennedy Guru) one of the best teachers in my life.
