Addison Airport (ADS/KADS) (Addison, Texas)

USA / Texas / Addison / Addison, Texas

Addison Airport (ADS) was conceived in 1954 by a group of flying enthusiasts, and was developed under the direction of Henry Stuart. Construction of the airport was completed in 1957. Stuart’s group sold the airport to the Town of Addison in 1986. It is now the third largest general aviation airport in the country and boasts a runway of 7,200 feet (15L/33L).

Since its inception, Addison Airport has set industry standards for safety, economy and convenience. Excellent aircraft maintenance repair operators, superior security and an award-winning air traffic control staff have made Addison Airport the preferred choice among owners of private and corporate jets and jet fleets.

Addison Airport is strategically located north of Dallas and Love Field, providing easy access to several primary business destinations, including the Telecom Corridor®, Las Colinas and Legacy Drive. So, now you can avoid the traffic jams both in the air and on the ground.
