A 19th century Russian trading, hunting, and military fort. State historic park.
Includes a boat launch suitable for small craft that provides access to nice fishing and abalone diving. There is also access for shore diving, and a California State Parks Campground.
Most of the buildings are reconstructions, but there is one original building.
