footbridge, 2000_construction
Pedestrian footbridge designed by Norman Foster, which opened in the year 2000 being the first crossing of the Thames for over 100 years. It is sometimes nicknamed the 'Wobbly Bridge' because soon after openeing, it had a tendancy to sway if too many people were on it. This was soon dealt with.
