  Kanchanpur Ekdala is the full name of this Village situated on a quiet riverbank Yamuna...As i remember the myth is behind it's so called name 'EKDALA' is that a branch of tree was too long through that people used to cross the river to reach opposite end... I love that place,residents of this village( specialy Doctor sahab... he lovingly given me my nick name DEKHO)..people have lods of humor and self respect..... I learnt swimming in my childhood there itself.

  i am resident of ekdala' and i think that it is most beautiful village of utter pradesh. the resident of village are hindu and they are religious. alot of temples are here some of them are very famous like mote mahadev baba panchdev .i spent my 18 beautiful years in this village i love my village and want to devlop it in future.my father surendra singh also born in this village .i hear many stories about my village. one of them,in this village the grandfather of birbal was born.i am want to be asocial worker,to serve my country and my village.......
