Founded by William Vernon and Sons in 1905. They later became part of Spillers Milling. Built in 1933, it was Europe’s largest flour mill at that time.
Used in the filming of Hamburger Hill, music videos, the Ashes to Ashes series and the soon to be released film Green Zone.
To be developed into luxury flats in the future, when Silvertown Quays development starts, which will include a new Aquarium.
