4-story commercial building originally completed as two separate buildings around 1850, but were conjoined with the single facade we see today in 1937. 121 and 123 Fourth Avenue were home to a number of booksellers over the course of the late-19th and 20th centuries. The facade is clad in yellow-tan brick above a brown iron ground floor with a storefront with plate-glass windows flanking a glass door. On the right is the entrance to the upper floors, with a black metal door. The 2nd floor has a wide band of studio windows, with brown iron framing separating into five sections (the a wider center pane). The top two floors have three bays of double-windows, also with brown iron mullions, brick sill and lintel courses. At the top is a paneled brick roof parapet and a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Think Coffee.
