5-story Italianate mixed-use building originally completed in the 1850s as a townhouse. A projecting 2-story commercial storefront was added in the late 1800s, and later remodeled into modern commercial space later in the 1900s. It is clad in granite tiles, with thin beige piers and darker brown horizontal bands along the base and top and between floors. There are three large, square bays of windows, with the middle bay at the ground floor having glass double-doors, and the north bay having another glass door and sidelights. A metal railing tops the projecting base.

The upper floors are faced in light-tan stucco, with three bays of single-windows with wide stone sills and curved lintels. A metal fire escape runs down the middle bay. The lower two floors are occupied by the Ukrainian National Federal Credit Union.
