120-foot, 10-story modernist office building completed in 2022. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in black steel and glass. The steel grid frames large, square, mullion-free windows. A secondary layer of diagonal steel columns has been added behind the glass around the eastern corner and across the retail frontage.

The north facade on 14th Street spans seven bays, with a 2-bay wide main entrance at the east end, with glass doors in a glass surround, covered by a glass-and-steel canopy. There is a setback above the 5th floor, with a glass railing. Above the facade narrows to six bays, and across the roof line the grid is extended up with a line of empty framework steel boxes. On the east side the building makes an interesting companion to the abutting One Jackson Square. The lower floors here span four bays, with three bays above the setback. The ground floor is occupied by a Wells Fargo bank branch.
