7-story modernist hotel originally completed as a 4-story commercial building in 1924. It was rebuilt with a new facade and additional floors in 2013. The new facade is clad in black and silver metal panels above a ground floor of black tile. At the center is a set of glass double-doors below a small glass canopy, paired with a plate-glass window to the right. The south end has two black metal service doors, and the north end has another black metal service door.

The upper floors have four bays of small, square double-windows with metal air-conditioning vents below them. The black metal panels snake up the facade in a back-and-forth pattern.
