3-story (plus raised basement) residential building completed in 1887. It is clad in red brick above a stone basement level. Behind a black iron fence, a black metal stoop winds up from the east end to a landing at the west carried on elaborately patterned posts, with a black paneled wooden door and transom set between fluted pilasters and topped by a small cornice carried on two thin brackets, all painted black. A near-matching entablature tops the window to the left, which has an iron grille. Below, there is a basement window behind the stoop, and a black wooden door below the landing, down a couple of steps.

The upper floors have two bays of narrow double-windows in which each bay consists of a pair of round-arches in black wooden framing, with black bracketed stone sills. The 2nd-floor windows are topped by entablatures with bracketed cornices like the window next to the main entrance, while the top floor has simpler black cornices. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels. The building is divided into a 3-family house.
