Built by Thomas Phillips Lamb in 1776. The main part of the house is square. 3 windows on each side. 2 storeys. Yellow brick. Stuccoed cornice and high balustraded parapet. Ground floor windows in recessed brick arcading with stuccoed string course at the spring of the arches. Glazing bars intact. Porch with pair of Doric columns and flat entablature.
