217-foot, 12-story hospital building completed in 2003. The facade is mainly clad in pre-cast concrete, with a section of light-grey metal-and-glass curtain wall at the east end from the 2nd-6th floors. The ground floor is clad in grey metal paneling with a short band of glass across the top, except at the west end, where there is a garage door and a metal service door. To the east of these are five plate-glass windows (the last one narrower) and then the main entrance, with sliding glass doors below a glass transom, with the east end having a large glass expanse divided into three panes. A steel canopy covers the entrance.

The curtain wall section above the entrance and east end has spandrels between floors of metal panels with translucent glass above and below. The windows are green-tinted and organized into four bays of double-windows with another single pane in the center. The rest of the facade to the west has seven bays of square, off-set double-windows, also with grey metal framing. There is a setback above the 6th floor, and the top floors have eight similar bays, grouped toward the center of the facade. The top floor is a mechanical floor, with large metal vents replacing the window bays.
