4-story residential building completed in 1869. The facade is clad in red brick, and at some point after 1900, a garage door was built into the ground floor, now with a metal door painted bright red. To the right is the main entrance, with a paneled wooden door atop two small brick steps with iron handrails.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with grey stone sills and lintels, and red metal grilles. A red metal fire escape runs down the western two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a red wooden roof cornice with brackets, modillions, and panels with roundels.
