7-story commercial building completed in 1923. Designed by George F. Pelham as a factory, it is clad in cast white stone. The ground floor has a recessed entrance on the left, with a plate-glass storefront on the right. The 2nd floor has a wide window band with a large center pane flanked by narrower side panes, in black iron frames, and is topped by a band course. The 3rd-6th floors have similar windows, with projecting sills and lintel courses on the spandrels between floors. The top floor, above another band course, has a double-window in the middle and single-windows at the end bays, all with full surrounds. The facade is crowned by a stone roof parapet, stepped up at each pier, and capped by a stone coping. The exposed upper west elevation is clad in brown brick, with the once-present window openings now filled in. The ground floor is occupied by Stretch House fabric store.
