4-story commercial building completed in 2004 as a rebuild of an older 3-story building, replacing the facade and adding an additional story and mezzanine. It is clad in grey, vertical pre-cast panels and glass, with a pair of mesh metal panels - at the front of the 2nd floor on the west facade, and near the back of the same facade on the top floor.

The south facade on 37th Street has two roll-down metal gates covering glass double-doors and plate-glass windows, with a metal door at each end of the ground floor. The 2nd floor has six single-windows. The 3rd floor is set back at the west half (fronted by a wire mesh with ivy), with the east half having a large studio window of three panes.
