6-story residential building completed in 1876. It is clad in pale red brick above metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor. The central entrance has a glass-and-metal door and sidelight, below a large transom, and is flanked by two storefronts on either side - a smaller one towards the entrance, and a wider one at the ends.

The upper floors have eight bays of double-windows in square openings, divided by black metal mullions. They have thin stone sills, and are grouped into threes at the north and middle, and a pair at the south. Two black metal fire escapes run down the facade, which is capped by a simple stone coping.

There is a single apartment on the 6th-floor penthouse, which is set far back at the southwest corner of the main roof, and not visible from the street. The building contains 35 apartment units. The ground floor is occupied by Unlimited Nail Spa, Food Mart Superior Grocery, Plant Blossom Vegan restaurant, and Justino's Pizzeria.
