5-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by James Wagman and Beyer Blinder Belle, it is clad in dark-grey stone in thin horizontal panels. The facade is four bays wide, with the east bay set back. This bay has the main entrance, with a glass door and short transom next to a black stone panel on the right. All of the other bays have either a single-window set in a beveled frame of black stone (with black air-conditioning vents built into them at the upper floors), or a slightly wider wrap-around window at the corner bay (2nd from the left).

At the top, a roof deck is enclosed by a glass railing. The building contains three condominium units.
