Designed c. 1946 in the Streamline Moderne style by and for Manoug Exerjian as a speculative project. The building has vague nautical references in its setback penthouse terrace, which evokes the deck of an ocean liner, and in the spiral staircase connecting the second and third floors. It is now a Village of Great Neck Plaza local landmark.
