Most commonly called the Tenth Street, and officially named the Philip Murray Bridge. It connects South Tenth Street on the South Side area of Pittsburgh to Second Avenue and the Armstrong Tunnel on the Uptown or Bluff area of Pittsburgh. A staircase connects the northern terminus of the bridge to Duquesne University.
