This bridge carries the Exit 1A ramp from southbound D.C. Route 295 (Anacostia Freeway) to southbound Interstate 295 (Anacostia Freeway). It passes over the bridge carrying 11th Street Southeast over the Exit 2A and Exit 5A ramps between Interstate 695 (Southeast Freeway) and Interstate 295. It also passes over the Exit 1C ramp from D.C. Route 295 to 11th Street / Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, the Exit 2B ramp from Interstate 695 to D.C. Route 295, the ramp from 11th Street to Interstate 295, and Good Hope Road Southeast. It is a seven span, steel beam bridge with concrete deck built in 2012. It is part of the Interstate 295 / 695 / D.C. Route 295 interchange.
